Session Replay and Heatmaps

We use these tools to identify technical problems, understand website usability, prevent fraud, and improve the Services. Information entered into designated sensitive fields, such as payment fields and passwords, should be masked or excluded from recording. Analytics and Advertising Providers

Subject to our current configuration and your privacy choices, we may use the following services.

Shopify

Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify. Shopify processes information necessary to operate the store, provide checkout and payment services, prevent fraud, analyze store performance, and provide other Shopify features that we enable.

Certain Shopify features may combine information from our store with information from other Shopify merchants to provide advertising, personalization, fraud-prevention, or measurement services.

Google Analytics and Google Advertising Services

We may use Google Analytics and related Google services to measure website usage, understand customer interactions, evaluate marketing performance, and improve our Services.

Google may receive information such as cookie identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, and transaction or advertising-attribution information.

Where enabled, information collected through Google Analytics may be used with Google advertising services for audience measurement, advertising attribution, or personalized advertising.

Meta Pixel and Meta Advertising Services

We may use the Meta Pixel and related Meta services to measure advertising performance, understand website activity, create advertising audiences, and show advertisements through Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta services.

Meta may receive information about your device, browser, website activity, products viewed, shopping-cart activity, purchases, and identifiers associated with your browser or Meta account.

Microsoft Clarity

We may use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website through session replays, heatmaps, and behavioral analytics.

Microsoft Clarity may collect information about page rendering, clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, navigation, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, and website-performance information.

We configure session-replay tools to mask or exclude sensitive fields where supported and do not intentionally use them to collect payment-card numbers, passwords, or other information entered into designated sensitive fields.
